This is another strike against Mr Uribe and his despotism.
"Uribito" was Andres Felipe Arias, ex Minister of Agriculture, during his tenure as minister the subsidies for Agriculture were given to the Richest Colombian Landowners ( the relatives, friends and supporters of Uribe) many of them connected to Paramilitaries.
I guess now "Uribito" will be Juan Manuel Santos because of being the Crown Prince, the Dauphin ( French for Dolphin, as a reference to the animal they bore on their flag ), the heir apparent.
Juan Manuel Santos is a sycophant of Uribe and represents exactly the same.
